From a young age, I have had a love for the arts. Whether writing a story, dancing, drawing characters, experimenting with painting, or taking a photograph, I have always loved to create and explore the world of art. Around the age of fourteen, I realized that my favorite artistic medium is the camera. To me, photography is a way to explore the beautiful world the Lord has created and express myself creatively. In addition to taking photos, I love hand lettering, painting, reading, day-tripping, eating at my favorite local restaurants, and spending time with loved ones in my free time.
I graduated from Liberty University in May of 2018 with a degree in Studio Art and minors in Photography and Family amp;#038; Consumer Sciences. I have had the blessing of having photography featured in various galleries such as the Academy Center of the Arts, the Bower Center of the Arts, the Appalachian Arts Center, and the Joseph Miller Gallery. Additionally, I have had photography featured in a couple of Photographer’s Forum’s Best of Photography books. Currently, I am teaching art at Ecclesia School of the Arts and am excited to teach art at Onward as well! My hope is to spark a love for the arts within my students and show them that they can use their God-given talents to glorify Him and reflect His beauty!
